You can search journals for key words (you'll have to check the list to see which journals they are searching) *but* you can generate a dynamic RSS feed based on those search criteria. It appears to allow you to search through all of the publicly available repositories of research papers and provides a comprehensive list of its sources. It leads to the Cornell University library archive which allows RSS feeds on a subject matter basis amongst others of freely available publications related to those subjects.
